Sri Lanka Visa Requirements Information

1. Passport of applicant.
2. Two passport size photographs – colored.
3. Return air ticket (not computer print-out).
4. Original yellow fever vaccination certificate& copy.
5. Duly filled visa application form.
6. Letter of invitation (if being invited).
7. Application to be submitted at least 2 weeks to date of travel.
8. Copies of the passport.
9. Hotel Reservation (Hotel Address).
10. A copy of the credit card or bank statement.
11. If any additional documents are required it will be advised by the relevant officer.
